New K-Ducer NT screwdrivers for low torque

The new micro torque K-Ducer, the KDS-NT, is the latest addition to our transducerized screwdriver line and it's the most intelligent and cost-effective tool on the micro-torque market in the 5 - 70 cNm (i.e. 0.05 - 0.7Nm) torque range.

Available in aluminium housing for automation or with start/reverse buttons or start lever for manual use,
the new KDS-NT screwdriver works in combination with our KDU-NT controller, a sleek, ultra-compact control unit that includes all of our newest K-Ducer features. It can be supplied with or without table stand and can be easily placed anywhere!

Torque auditing (measuring fastened bolts)

While tools like Kolver's electric screwdrivers with torque & angle control ensure that the correct torque is applied during assembly, companies may still have a need to audit existing joints at a later date, perhaps as part of their ongoing quality control process.
This is generally referred to as a “torque audit” and aims at measuring the residual torque.

Kolver's K-Ducer now up to 620 in-lb!

As of 2022, our state-of-the-art transducerized electric screwdrivers support torque as high as 620 in-lb!

The KDS family welcomed the new KDS PL20 (2 - 20 Nm  or  17.7 - 177 in-lb ), the KDS PL35 (3 - 35 Nm  or  26.6 - 310 in-lb) and the KDS PL50 (5 - 50 Nm  or  44.2 - 443 in-lb) transducerized screwdrivers, available in aluminum housing or with start/reverse buttons and non-slip grip for manual use.
We also added new angle head screwdrivers KDS PL30ANG (26.6 - 266 in-lb ), the KDS PL45ANG (35.4 - 398 in-lb) and the KDS PL70ANG (62 - 620 in-lb).
