The PA1 Parallel Arm is designed for table top or wall mounted applications. The Parallel Arm design provides high torque and load capacity with very smooth action. Manufactured out of Aluminum with steel shafts and pivot pins makes the unit very light (1/3 the weight of a steel arm) and easy to use. It is intended for vertical operations and is especially suitable for fitting screws and for large threading operations. Gas springs (standard) balance the load of the tool. Optional air assist add powered downward or upward motion to the arm.

All SmartArm products are manufactured with a minimum 200% over torque safety factor.
